Baltimore Medical System is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of all non-privileged staff. Key duties include preparing and managing job postings on our website and external job boards, initial screening of applications and applicants, and coordination of scheduling for applicant interviews with relevant supervisor(s). The HR Recruiter will extend the offer once a final decision is made, negotiate any issues/concerns with the candidate, and follow up by providing a formal offer letter, coordinating completion of pre-employment paperwork, and other onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to persuade or gain cooperation and acceptance of ideas, and ensure that internal customers are satisfied with service. External communications will involve provision of a service, representing the organization at potential candidates and other sources, and the ability to deal with sensitive situations/information. Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience and in-depth specialized training related to job duties. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. A minimum of two years recruiting or HR Generalist experience is required. New grads are welcome to apply. This position has no supervisory responsibilities and receives supervision from the HR and Recruitment Manager.
