Key Responsibilities:

  • Own details of ongoing repairs and provide inputs for Operations to schedule
  • Communicate with vendors about repair questions, work order changes, etc.

  • Coordinate various vendor-related maintenance tasks and projects for our community members, homeowners, operations, and experience team
  • Leverage software to improve efficiency and organization
  • Report on KPIs regarding speed, efficiency, and revenue
  • Work cross-functionally with Experience to ensure all activities are carried out accurately and punctually
  • Schedule and coordinate pros and vendors
  • Ensure billing is done within 24 hours of projects completing

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to work at a startup
  • Associate's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role or call center
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Google spreadsheets and learning new software
