Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Segment to lead our Large Enterprise (LE) product segment. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our LE product segment, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the LE segment, aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and service delivery, to drive product innovation and growth.
  3. Lead the identification and capitalization of emerging opportunities within the LE segment, fostering innovation and driving future revenue growth.
  4. Define, monitor, and improve key product segment metrics, including adoption, customer net promoter score (NPS), and volume of leads.
  5. Work closely with the VP Product Segments to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of leadership or experience in a large-scale product and/or segment leadership role in the Large Enterprise product segment.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products in LE through a blend of technical, creative, business, and marketing skills.
  • Superior communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and clearly articulate the rationale behind decisions.
  • Experience and familiarity with SASE, Dark Fiber, Colo VPN, Enterprise Broadband, VoIP, Lumen Digital, M&P, and UCC products as they relate to LE.
