* Create and maintain daily disciplines in restaurant cleanliness and organizational activities
* Liaise with all repair and maintenance items for the restaurant and partner with the General Manager on communication
* Create daily, weekly, monthly recurring maintenance log and non-recurring items for tracking
* Facilitate and communicate R\u0026M activities in the building to the team through OML, MTMs, and email
* Maintain and improve all vendor relations related to R\u0026M
* Partner and communicate with KSC Facilities team on repairs
* Use Trouble Tickets to standard for R\u0026M items
Requirements:
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
* High drive, high achievement, follows directions, results-oriented
* Understanding of restaurant facilities preferred
* Proven track record of successful facilities management
* Follows best practices and gets the work done through vendors – good communication and collaboration
* Unquestioned personal integrity and honesty, high standards
Schedule and Hours:
* Saturday - 6am to 2pm
* Sunday - 6am to 2pm
* Monday - 6am to 2pm
* Tuesday - 6am to 2pm
* Wednesday - 6am to 2pm
* Open/flexible to working overtime if needed and/or if time changes
