Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves processing customer account transactions quickly and accurately, while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash advances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with customers, identifying and offering appropriate banking products and services.
  • Perform cash handling functions, including balancing cash drawers and processing transactions.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of new and existing banking products and services.
  • Secure against loss by ensuring safekeeping of money and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
  • Identify and report fraudulent activity.
  • Perform daily tasks to maintain the integrity of the branch, including balancing ATM, processing night drop, and monitoring lobby rate sheets.
  • Support referral goals for the branch by identifying and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some experience in customer service preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass Client Service Specialist training programs.
Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent on a variety of non-discriminatory factors. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
