  • Screen potential admissions to determine eligibility.
  • Manage all aspects of the admission process, including paperwork and family interactions.
  • Organize and lead tours for prospective residents and referral sources.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare daily reports on admissions, discharges, and outreach activities.
  • Keep the Sales and Marketing Director informed of daily sales activities.
  • Assist in marketing efforts at independent, assisted, and memory care facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan events aimed at attracting prospective residents.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Coordinate admissions and transfers between various care levels.
  • Work with management to facilitate resident transitions through the continuum of care.
  • Achieve occupancy goals and participate in weekend call coverage as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget for skilled nursing services.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields such as Humanities, Psychology, or Health Care.

Experience: 1-3 years in the healthcare sector, ideally within skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and independent decision-making capabilities.

Driving Requirements: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
