Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a PRN capacity. This role involves providing essential speech therapy services to children in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough Speech Therapy assessments utilizing standardized evaluation tools to identify the specific needs of each child.
2. Utilize clinical expertise to create and execute tailored treatment plans that align with physician directives.
3. Collaborate with caregivers to develop home exercise programs that support the child's therapy goals.
4. Engage as a crucial member of the healthcare team, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
5. Maintain a consistent schedule of patient visits as required by the organization.
6. Ensure timely completion of patient documentation, including chart updates and progress reports.
7. Participate in meetings with agency staff to stay informed about expectations and standards for delivering exceptional patient care.
8. Adhere to all relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and laws governing pediatric speech language pathology.

Qualifications:
- A valid and active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
- A proven track record of reliability and an innovative approach to therapy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities based on business needs.
- Proficiency in using standard workplace technology.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
- Background in home health settings.
- Specialized training or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical areas.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
