This role offers flexibility with options for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN positions within our South Houston division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Speech Therapy assessments utilizing standardized evaluations to identify patient therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to create tailored home exercise programs.
  • Engage as an essential member of the patient’s healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among various healthcare providers.
  • Participate in meetings with agency staff to align on expectations and uphold high standards of patient care.
  • Execute all responsibilities in accordance with agency policies and established procedures.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and legal requirements related to pediatric speech language pathology in home health settings.

Qualifications:

  • Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in home health environments.
  • Specialized training or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical areas (e.g., VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
