Job Title: Human Resources Director

ATI Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with corporate objectives and federal and state regulations.
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
  • Improve recruiting effectiveness through innovative strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Manage employee relations, including exit interviews, communication of findings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance appraisal processes, compensation systems, diversity initiatives, and benefit programs.
  • Supervise and develop HR staff, ensuring excellent customer service and support to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, five to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active SHRM Certification
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence management and build strong relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to see long-term goals and balance against short and intermediate term needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Proficient with ADP HR Platform, familiarity with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
