Who You Are:

You possess experience in Medicaid applications, ideally as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a nursing home environment. You are a proactive consultant and problem-solver who excels at building and maintaining client relationships. You thrive on the road, connecting with individuals and delivering solutions directly to them. Your daily structure is designed for success, and you approach each relationship with care and dedication.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Medicaid experience required; prior Business Office Manager (BOM) experience in Long Term Care preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or case management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen, understand needs, and communicate effectively through various channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals set by supervisors.
  • Knowledge of and possession of a Notary commission; we will support you in obtaining your notary license.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information is essential.
  • Capability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of reports as required by supervisors.
  • Consistent and positive interaction with clients, facilities, and team members.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
