Job Title: Clinical Manager of Client Services

At Veterans Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Manager of Client Services to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will provide clinical guidance and support to our programs, ensuring the highest level of care for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and provide guidance to direct care staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and program protocols.
  • Lead team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care for program participants.
  • Develop and facilitate staff training and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of client services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the clinical team and executive leadership, providing weekly updates and reports on program outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in outreach, case management, and supervision.
  • LICSW - licensed independent clinical social worker.
  • Management/clinical supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veteran populations, sensitivity to veterans-related needs and issues.
  • Ability to pass a CORI Background records check.
