Role Overview
Professionals within the Ankura OCFO team are trusted advisors who deliver sustainable, long-term value and results to clients ranging from mid-sized enterprises to Fortune 500 companies, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio entities.

Key Focus Areas:
+ Quality of Finance: Evaluate finance organizations' vision, strategy, operating model, and design processes and technology; implement execution plans.
+ Financial Planning & Analysis: Facilitate business partnerships through strategic long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, all supported by technology.
+ Reporting: Create management reporting packages focusing on key performance indicators to support financial goals and targets.
+ Data Analytics & Visualization: Utilize analytics and visualization tools to guide decision-making and forecast business outcomes through data-driven insights.
+ Cash Flow Optimization: Enhance working capital and improve transparency in cash flow reporting and forecasting.
+ Operational Effectiveness: Streamline finance and accounting processes, operations, and service delivery models while managing overall finance costs.
+ Transaction Support: Assist with readiness and execution of transactions or liquidity events and manage transition service agreements or business integrations.
+ Interim Management: Provide leadership or executive resources during transitional periods, leveraging human capital and expertise.
+ Financial Risk Management: Address audit committee and board concerns, remediate accounting issues, and manage enterprise risk profiles.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Advanced analytical, quantitative, and interpretative abilities.
+ Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information rapidly and develop insights and recommendations.
+ Willingness to travel as necessary.
+ Commitment to professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Compensation:
For individuals assigned to work in specific markets, a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is between $50,000 to $120,000, based on various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
