The Field Marketing Specialist is a key position that drives Therapy Awareness programs for pipeline growth within an assigned market. Success is defined as achieving key metrics for each program in collaboration with field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships in targeted accounts
  • Act as a subject matter expert to sales teams for pain franchise field marketing programs
  • Expand referral market awareness based on market data
  • Proactively generate and nurture independent leads to fill the patient funnel for assigned accounts
  • Drive adoption of digital insights in assigned accounts
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work routines to meet established schedules
  • Cultivate a wide range of internal business relationships and external networks to facilitate task completion
  • Drive customized Patient and Physician field marketing programs
  • Create a liaison role between National Marketing Managers and Pain Solutions Sales teams
  • Engage with the latest Neuromodulation products, tools, and program delivery with physicians and patients
  • Obtain input and provide feedback to Marketing on requirements and improvement opportunities from external customers
  • Understand and share competitive intelligence with Marketing and Sales Management
  • Maintain up-to-date records using Salesforce as determined by Management
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports as required
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows
  • Support regional FMS programs
  • Provide training to regions
  • Identify new partnership accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in a marketing, sales, and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to influence and drive regional programs without authority
  • Ability to travel ~30%, including overnight travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree specifically in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other science field
  • Higher education (e.g., MBA)
  • Medical device/Pharmaceutical sales and/or clinical education experience
  • Neuromodulation device experience

Anticipated annualized base salary for this full-time position is $90,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education, including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
