Job Description

We are seeking a talented UW Health Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 6 months of nursing experience or completion of the UW Health Nurse Residency Program. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements and Benefits
  • Estimated salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans
  • Requirements include Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact, and Current CPR/BLS certification
