Radiology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Nurse Specialist to join our team at UW Health. As a key member of our inpatient imaging department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional service.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires 6 months of nursing experience or completion of the UW Health Nurse Residency Program. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
