Energy Performance Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, assess, and input historical utility data to create precise facility baselines.
  • Compile, analyze, and record monthly utility data to confirm facility energy usage.
  • Input data to benchmark project facilities utilizing Yearout Energy and industry standards.
  • Prepare data for monthly performance assurance reports for internal evaluation.
  • Compile data for external post-construction, quarterly, and annual Measurement & Verification (M&V) Reports.
  • Assist the Performance Assurance team with all Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities.
  • Contribute to the formulation of project Measurement and Verification (M&V) plans that align with Yearout Energy and industry best practices.
  • Conduct routine evaluations of equipment performance through remote monitoring.
  • Execute construction phase M&V tasks and provide support during commissioning to confirm performance metrics.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients during the post-construction and performance assurance phases of projects.
  • Support the development and validation of all project savings calculations.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, strategies, industry trends, and standards.
  • Encourage collaboration across the organization to identify needs and create scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs by enhancing or streamlining internal processes.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving when challenges arise.
  • Address internal and external issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate respectfully with colleagues at all levels, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Build relationships with vendors, contractors, and other organizations that align with our project goals.
  • Consistently meet both internal and external deadlines.
