Energy Performance Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, assess, and input historical utility data to create precise facility baselines.
- Compile, analyze, and record monthly utility data to confirm facility energy usage.
- Input data to benchmark project facilities utilizing Yearout Energy and industry standards.
- Prepare data for monthly performance assurance reports for internal evaluation.
- Compile data for external post-construction, quarterly, and annual Measurement & Verification (M&V) Reports.
- Assist the Performance Assurance team with all Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities.
- Contribute to the formulation of project Measurement and Verification (M&V) plans that align with Yearout Energy and industry best practices.
- Conduct routine evaluations of equipment performance through remote monitoring.
- Execute construction phase M&V tasks and provide support during commissioning to confirm performance metrics.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients during the post-construction and performance assurance phases of projects.
- Support the development and validation of all project savings calculations.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, strategies, industry trends, and standards.
- Encourage collaboration across the organization to identify needs and create scalable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs by enhancing or streamlining internal processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving when challenges arise.
- Address internal and external issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate respectfully with colleagues at all levels, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Build relationships with vendors, contractors, and other organizations that align with our project goals.
