  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and increase appointment bookings.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze appointment scheduling processes and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Targets: Ensure that the team meets sales targets through effective appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
