Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 9 years of experience in energy management or a related field
  • Current certification as a Journeyman in one of the following disciplines: Refrigeration, Gasfitter, Plumber and Natural Gasfitter, Boiler Operator, or Electrician
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of energy management software applications and systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration
  • Experience with energy management systems and building automation systems
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability principles
  • Ability to perform inspections and audits of energy management systems
