About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our transactional practice group at VC2 Law. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior attorneys in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents
  • Conduct in-depth research to support transactional strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Participate in client planning meetings and negotiations with opposing parties

Requirements

  • Hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree and maintain an active bar membership in at least one state (preferably Utah)
  • Possess strong legal research and writing skills
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in transactional law (mergers and acquisitions, securities, and tax law experience are preferred)
  • Possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Hold strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in legal practice
