The Customer Experience Specialist serves as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, engaging in sales conversations, and addressing inquiries related to services, products, and fiber expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, be solution-oriented, and possess the skills to effectively promote our offerings to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with prospective clients to present our retail products and services.
  • Inform clients about the benefits of our solutions and assist them in selecting the most suitable options.
  • Create service orders and ensure coordination with relevant departments for completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage cash transactions.
  • Accurately process daily cash receipts and verify entries for correctness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in retail products and technology.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving demands.
  • Proficient in accurate and efficient data entry for customer interactions, account updates, and documentation.
