The Customer Experience Specialist serves as the main liaison for both new and existing clients. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing communications, engaging in direct interactions regarding service inquiries, product offerings, and fiber expansion, as well as making necessary account adjustments and performing data entry for service-related tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, possess problem-solving skills, and have the capability to promote products and services tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
