Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

The Completions Coordinator is responsible for all client oversight of completions activates for assisting with the tracking of modular construction, packaged equipment, site installation works, utilities works, enter connecting works, pre-commissioning and commissioning work up to RFSU. This person's prime objective will be ensuring that all completions ITR's have been signed and verified with special attention to the schedule impacts that may result from lagging completions activates due to constructability issues or supplier delays. He or she will be responsible for coordination and reporting from the module construction yards and site on completions progress including reporting on daily, weekly and monthly progress with special attention to schedule impacts identified.

Responsibilities:

Review ITR Schedules, sky lines, and assist with management of punch list itemsReport work progress and schedule or budget mattersCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.Review and ensure coordination is in place with subcontractor ITR's activitiesRespond to work delays, emergencies, and other problemsComply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulationsEnsure the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for all activitiesDirectly participate in the HSE activities at site as defined in the Site HSE planReview manpower employed by the EPC and Subcontractor are adequateReview ITR's and sign the necessary certificates as per ITP'S, Site Inspection Plans, and completions documentationWilling to mobilize to Modular yard and maintain residence during fabrication with 25% travel


Qualifications:

BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Piping Engineering, Structural Engineering or commensurate work experience in a construction supervisory role5 or more years of experience in industrial construction of Gas processing plantsTransportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) preferredExperience working on Client side as representation in the fieldDemonstrated capability of multi-discipline drawing interpretation and P&ID understandingDemonstrated technical and analytical skillsExcellent communications skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work within a team with demonstrated strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
