The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, conducting cold outreach, and facilitating in-person interactions regarding service inquiries, product offerings, and fiber expansion sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, be solution-oriented, and possess the ability to effectively promote products and services tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to present our retail offerings and services.
