Job Title: Behavior Technician

Join our team as a Behavior Technician at White Bear Lake Area Schools #624. As a key member of our student support services, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavior concerns.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to support our students with behavior concerns. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with classroom teachers and other support staff to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to promote positive behavior.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with behavior concerns through individual and small group interventions
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Monitor and support students in the cafeteria and on the playground
  • Assist with lunchroom supervision and implementation of lunch schedules
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Modest experience working with children
  • Associates/Technical degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota
