Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to clients with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, ADHD, grief, adjustment challenges, substance abuse, work/life balance, and family conflict.
  • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
