Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our company's accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and working closely with customers to resolve any payment issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Customer Communication: Work closely with customers to resolve payment issues and address inquiries.
  • Receivables Management: Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and overdue payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze aging reports to provide insights to management.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay Details
