Administrative Sales Manager

The Administrative Sales Manager is a key member of the sales team at Southwest ToyotaLift, responsible for coordinating and processing all aspects of designated accounts. This includes maintaining complex schedules, managing administrative support, and providing customer service to ensure the accuracy of each customer's orders. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process sales orders from inception to completion.
- Review sales orders for accuracy, working with sales reps, sales managers, and vendors on questions and corrections.
- Assist sales reps to solve internal and external discrepancies on order(s).
- Collaborate with all intercompany departments for customer account set up and status, secure equipment demos, verifying and coordinating delivery dates and/or pick-ups.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- 2 - 3 years' experience within sales, project, or warehouse coordinating, or buyer/planner role in a fast-paced, high-capacity role.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, ERPs, and CRMs.
