Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a plastic surgery office and be passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient inquiries and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform consultations to understand patient goals and discuss treatment options.
  • Track and maintain patient conversion data, manage spreadsheets, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate surgery schedules, collect payments, and assist patients with financing options.
  • Maintain and update patient records, including electronic medical records and implant data.
  • Order and manage inventory for procedures, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
  • Ensure all pre-surgery requirements are met.
  • Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and post-op care.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a plastic surgery office.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
