Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and responsible Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a plastic surgery office and be passionate about providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient inquiries and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform consultations to understand patient goals and discuss treatment options.
- Track and maintain patient conversion data, manage spreadsheets, and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate surgery schedules, collect payments, and assist patients with financing options.
- Maintain and update patient records, including electronic medical records and implant data.
- Order and manage inventory for procedures, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Ensure all pre-surgery requirements are met.
- Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and post-op care.
- Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a plastic surgery office.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Competitive base salary plus commission after meeting sales thresholds.
- Paid time off.
- Full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
