Retail Store Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Leadership Position candidate to join our team as a key leader in one of our stores. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales floor, including opening and closing duties, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, sharing best practices and ideas to drive improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, with a focus on sales floor operations and team leadership.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
What We Offer:
- A salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
