Retail Store Leader

Claire's Boutiques Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth in your store while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for retail and wants to take their career to the next level. We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary range of $19.00 - $22.25 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

About You
- You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- You will also need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve.
- In addition, you will need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand during scheduled shifts.
