Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Bristol County Savings Bank. This is an onsite position that offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and talent management. They will also have experience managing the compliance requirements of Human Resources, including documenting processes and procedures, preparing for internal and external audits, and managing annual compliance filings.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resource Management, or Business Management is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as moderate to advanced Excel skills, are essential. Experience with end-to-end training design, development, and facilitation is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of building relationships and delivering results, with a strong ability to prioritize multiple objectives and maintain quality performance. They will be able to navigate sensitive and confidential matters professionally and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will involve working closely with business units to support talent strategies, including succession planning, staffing optimization models, organizational structure, diversity, equity, and belonging, and employee engagement action planning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the training and development needs of the bank, designing and facilitating training programs to improve skills such as technology optimization, innovation, leadership, time management, project management, problem solving, and data utilization.
