Client Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Management Specialist to join our team at World Insurance Associates LLC. This role will involve managing a high-volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on-time. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management and hold a Property & Casualty License.
Responsibilities- Effectively manage client relationships to grow loyalty and retention
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 3-7 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience required
- Property & Casualty License required
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
