Key Responsibilities
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to production staff to ensure the timely completion of projects
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach to problem-solving
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate performance metrics and goals
  • Manage production schedules, including shift planning and staffing
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Administer production policies and procedures, including training and development programs
  • Monitor and improve inventory management, scrap reduction, and waste minimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business results
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree or bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration preferred
  • Five or more years of manufacturing experience, with a proven track record of leadership and personnel management
  • Expertise in supervising/managing a team in a vehicle assembly line environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Robust communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
