About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team at Bridgewell. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to develop skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in all aspects of daily life, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and increase their independence.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including medical staff and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
