Developmental Disabilities Support Nurse

Job Description- Provide exceptional nursing care and support to individuals living in community residential homes.
- Develop and maintain respectful, caring relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- Implement individual health care plans, including vital sign monitoring, medical dressing application, and medication administration as prescribed by physicians.
- Initiate referrals for medical services, including scheduling, hospital safeguarding, advocacy, and follow-up care.
- An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
