Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at A3 Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Offer desktop and network support, including setup, configuration, and addition of hardware.
  • Assist corporate desk-side support technicians with large-scale migrations.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed.
  • Determine and recommend products or services that best fit customers' needs.
  • Imaging and image recovery, break-fix repairs on desktops and laptops, and installation of various software packages and updates.
  • Support WiFi and VPN connections, as well as wireless devices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills.
