Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Exceeding customer expectations for all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Addressing customer feedback and inquiries across various platforms.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify customer concerns and develop solutions to enhance brand experience.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and communication for product testing teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key customer service metrics and trends.
  • Managing daily office tasks, including supply ordering and administrative duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, as our small team relies on mutual support to achieve our goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the footwear, outdoor, athletic, or health sectors.
  • A degree in communications, marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • The ability to quickly learn new software tools relevant to our operations.
