About the HR Coordinator Role

Upperline Health is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, coordinating job postings, and scheduling interviews. You will also assist with corporate candidate follow-up and provide consistent communication and status updates. Additionally, you will facilitate and manage in-person interviews at our Nashville corporate office to provide a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other general HR matters. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • People Systems: Administer employee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, and job board platforms.
