Job Description

The HR Generalist Coordinator II plays a vital role in supporting Human Resources and operational managers in completing day-to-day field HR activities and ensuring the successful rollout of HR initiatives to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize HR systems to produce reports and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with tracking and administering recognition programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers, ensuring a fair and equitable process.
  • Coordinate the benefits program, ensuring seamless administration and communication with employees.
  • Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front-line associates in partnership with management, promoting growth and development.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Connect with a third-party administrator for worker's compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A high level of guest service and an eye for detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Experience taking care of a large employee population, preferably in a similar role.
