As an Electronic Security Response Specialist, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center, working a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule that may include holidays and weekends. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate responses to alarm signals, ensuring the security and well-being of our clients.

Your key duties will include:

  • Responding to incoming alarm signals in our automation software according to documented procedures
  • Notifying authorities and contacting clients as needed
  • Logging information into the automation system immediately and accurately
  • Answering multi-line telephone systems

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and 1-3 years of work experience
  • Type 30+ words per minute
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits including shift differential pay, paid training, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
