Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of security solutions, we deliver exceptional services that protect people, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain account data, troubleshooting with technicians to activate accounts for live monitoring, and ongoing correspondence with customers regarding account information.
  • Customer Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, technicians, and field personnel, providing world-class customer service to every contact.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Manage and respond to daily emails with proper email etiquette through Outlook, utilizing available resources to perform daily job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and work with employees from various backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent required; 6+ months of customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
