Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Bryce Jordan Center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons, ensuring a positive experience for all who visit the Bryce Jordan Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient event experience.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
