Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient service to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a warm and friendly smile
  • Treat customers courteously and professionally
  • Work together with other departments to find a solution for the customer
  • Provide the necessary support to the Sales Associates and Store Leaders in relation to solutions to customer issues
  • Accept/Process customer's payments
  • Cover reception area
  • Travel to different showrooms may be required
Qualifications
