Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Tech to join our growing team. As a Clinical Tech, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and performing vital signs and lab tests.
  • Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy, and prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Support providers in preparing for minor procedures and physicals, and assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
  • Arrange referrals to specialists and obtain pre-authorizations as directed by the provider.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the office, including taking out garbage, organizing and cleaning desks, patient and office spaces, and assisting team members to achieve a strong professional appearance.
  • Deliver clinical and administrative support to the team and adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.
  • Adhere to the Core Values of the Company, including teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Comply with Company standards of operations and maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.
  • Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Medical Assistant: At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Primary Care.
  • Nurse (LPN or RN): At least 1 year of experience as an LPN/RN, preferred in a clinic setting, preferably Primary Care.
Education and License Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Its Equivalent
  • No License Required, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, Registered Nurse (RN) - State or Compact License, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - State or Compact License, Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License, Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
