Job Overview

Entegee is seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom robotic solutions for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure robotic systems for material handling, dispense, and welding applications
  • Set up and maintain robotic dispense processes within manufacturing environments
  • Ensure proper teaching of TCPs, frames, loads, and safety configurations
  • Establish effective communication protocols for robot I/O configurations

Requirements:

  • Expertise with FANUC Robotics, Atlas Copco Nut Runners, and robotic dispense processes
  • Proficiency in Fanuc iRVision and FANUC Robotics
  • Experience with Ford GVOSS
  • Ability to teach TCPs, Frames, Loads, DCS (Safety Configuration)
  • Skill in configuring robot I/O (including communications)
  • Competency in setting up and configuring various types of dispense process equipment within paint shop and general assembly applications
  • Ability to set up and configure various types of vision equipment including robot-mounted as well as floor-mounted systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated competency with one or more robot applications such as Material Handling, Dispense (Urethane, Sealer, Adhesive, Paint), Welding (Spot, Arc, Laser), Tool Center Points, User Frames, Base Frames and Work Objects, External Axis
