Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Physicians to join our team of healthcare professionals, providing primary care to high-acuity patients in their homes. As a Physician with HarmonyCares, you'll have the opportunity to deliver quality and compassionate healthcare, working within proven care models that prioritize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting
  • Provide care to high-acuity patients in their homes, Monday through Friday
  • Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA
