Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership or sales area.
  • Guide customers in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Communicate product features, applications, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Detail all available optional equipment for customer consideration.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Learn to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all steps of the sales process in line with company protocols.
  • Report to the sales manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and insights.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the workday.
  • Friendly and approachable personality, particularly in negotiations and handling objections.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • A valid and clean driver's license is essential.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
