Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales - Client Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Sales - Client Advisor, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, while ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales goals and objectives
  • Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs
  • Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation
  • Suggest optional equipment and accessories
  • Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment
  • Engage in business development and customer outreach
  • Address customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
