Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Austin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with clients
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and features
