Sales Director

America's leading Orthotic Company is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store, as well as coordinating store operations to achieve sales and profit goals. This includes training sales associates on product knowledge, store operations, and performance goals, as well as participating in monthly P&L reviews.
The Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating exceptional shopping experiences and leading by example, supporting the store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks, and resolving customer service issues.
Requirements for this role include 2+ years of experience in retail/sales, 1+ years of experience managing a team, proven customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly.
